Shipping & returns

We ship all our orders from Paris, France with the help of the historical French postal service “La Poste”, all working days, from Monday to Friday. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Delivery methods

Green letter Available for France, for only one product — Without tracking number
Colissimo Available for all countries below — With tracking number

Delivery locations

We currently ship to 28 countries, and we plan to add new countries soon!

Delivery cost

Check your estimated delivery cost at any time in your “Bag“. Update at any time your delivery location in the header / menu of the website using the “Language & country selection” section. If you have created an account on Disconnect you can save you shipping preferences in the “Account details” section. Delivery cost and taxes will automatically be updated in your “Bag” and during the checkout process.

Delivery restrictions

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with a valid postal address. Delivery can not be done to hotels or postal boxes addresses.

Track your order

If you have created an account on Disconnect, you can log in and check the progress of your order in the “My orders” section. If you used the “Guest checkout” method, you will find a “Track my order” button on your shipping confirmation email. Please note there is no tracking number for the “Green letter” delivery method. Feel free to contact us if you have any question regarding your delivery.

Print your invoice

You can print your invoice using the “Download invoice” button contained in your order confirmation email. If you have registered on Disconnect, you can also download your invoice in the “My orders” section. Feel free to contact us if you have any question regarding your invoice.

Undeliverable order

If unable to deliver an order according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Disconnect.

Returns

You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal in the context of an online sales contract, without having to justify your decision. For more informations about the return or exchange procedure, please refer to our Terms & conditions.
